They have taken care of all four of my vehicles and I can tell you there is no better place to get your car serviced. When I bring my car there, I feel like I have a personal friend looking over my car - someone on my side. If you give them a try, you will too! Come in and see why they always stay so busy!

AMAZING! Excellent communication and quick work! I asked for a quote, had it to me within minutes, brought my car within two days and had it ready before the end of day. Explained in detail what he found and recommended. I got an oil change, two tires and two tire sensors! And he beat Toyota’s prices by far! Thank you so much! Will recommend to everyone and I’ll be a lifetime customer now!

Had a check engine light come on in 2016 Jeep Wrangler, Sarks got me right in before closing time, diagnosed the problem, was a bad thermostat, replaced and had me on the road the next day. Couple weeks later had a new set of oversized mud tires put on, got them right on right before closing, even though those types of tires are a pain to put on, they knocked them right out and balanced them, now I have heat and a new set of tires with no shaking, as I had before. Prices on both jobs was fair and reasonable. Jeremy even reached out a few days after thermostat was installed, to make sure everything was good. Didn't expect that, but was much appreciated. Great place to take you automobile for repair and great friendly people that work there. Well done Sarks!! Next time I have a problem with a vehicle I will be back. Thanks again.

I've taken my car here 2-3 times for oil changes, new brakes, brake fluid, rotors, etc over the past year. I wanted to support a small business in the area. Spent around $700 getting services at my last appointment only to have the problem still be present. They then told me I would have to pay around $100 for a diagnostic fee even after I had spent the money for the work that was supposed to fix the problem I've received texts from their service department when I asked for a specific service saying " You can bring it in for *said issue* and the other things." What other things? Things you'll "find" to get me to spend more money? I received a text from Sarks last month saying " We haven't seen you at the shop, I hope its because your busy and not because we let you down in some way" Sounds to me like they may know they let me down. People who provide quality & fair service tend not to say things like that. Overall started off as a normal experience but didn't end that way. Just here to share my personal experience with the company.

When I dropped my car off it was making no noise and drove perfectly. I knew what issues my car had from a pre-purchase diagnostic elsewhere but still paid Sark’s for another one before they did any work on my car. They told me that I had a worn output shaft seal, oil pan gasket leak, and a loose negative terminal causing my battery to go dead. This was after a regular diagnostic and an electronic diagnostic…so they say! I agreed to get the seal and negative battery terminal fixed which cost me $800. As soon as I picked up my car and began to drive home, I called the shop to let them know I was coming back because my car was making a loud clicking noise I had never heard before. I took it back the next morning and they “diagnosed” it again and told me it was a wheel well that they knocked loose while doing the repair. I knew that wasn’t right and told the technician, but he promised that was the issue. I drove the car for another day or so and not only was the noise consistent, but I also had another dead battery! So, I took the car to a different auto shop for a diagnostic since I couldn’t trust Sark’s to diagnose it correctly and they told me it was my rear differential making the noise. I immediately took it back to Sark’s and told them the problem and after a day and a half, they called me saying that I could pay $250 for a rear diff service or come get my car. Krystal is extremely rude and should not be running a shop if she can’t talk to customers with respect. I asked for a call from the owner at 8am and at 2pm when I called back due to no call I was connected to Krystal and she reiterated the “pay $250 or come get my car”. I was highly upset because my car was not making noises before I dropped it off and I felt they should have taken care of the issue or at least tried to work something out with me, but they did not. Plus, if they had truly diagnosed my car the first time they would have found that issue with how loud the noise was when I picked up my car. When I picked up my car for the second time it took a while for them to bring it around and Krystal lied to me and told me they had to move some cars around to get to mine even though she had just left out of the shop and seen what was going on. The truth is that my car battery was dead once again after they “fixed it” and they did not want me to know. I walked outside and saw 3 techs standing at my car with the hood up and Krystal still looked at me and said “They’re just moving stuff around” even though she clearly saw my car being jumped. I asked the tech who drove around was my battery dead and he also lied and said “No the negative battery terminal was just loose” I asked what made him check and he replied “I always check that kind of stuff when I pull around a car” which I know is not the truth. I thought that Sark’s was an honest locally owned shop but that is not the case. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TAKING YOUR CAR TO EITHER OF THEIR SHOPS! Even the Uber driver who dropped me off at the shop told me not to use them and let me know his company had issues with them as well.
