DO NOT GO HERE. I put 5 stars so my review would be at the top. They replaced a motor for a family friend(not me) I’m just the one paying for it. They sent the car back with it running hot and no AC. They told me that they weren’t told about ac problems until after the motor was changed (that’s when it started). They said they would look at it but would have to charge it if wasn’t their fault….it was it worked before y’all swapped the motor. They test drove the car from maudlin to Clinton (and charged us gas money) and it never ran hot and claimed to have videos until I requested the videos. Now all of a sudden it was to long ago and they probably don’t have them. I replaced the thermostat my self which rectified the over heating problem(when I told him that he said “good for you”). I have decided I will have to go another route on fixing the AC as well. He told the family friend after this that it was normal for the temp gauge to be in the middle to 3/4 of the way and that it never went over the middle( he must not of actually test drove it on the highway cause it does it every time) he tried to compare a Jeep to a GM motor and the temp differences. Pretty much had a bunch of excuses to why this isn’t his problem. Please mark this review as helpful so it stays at the top

Jp in the machine shop is your man. Dropped a flywheel off the day before Thanksgiving to be machined and they were kind enough to squeeze us in last second and not 45 minutes later it was ready for pick-up. They are the go to for machine work.

This is where I will go from now on to get my car serviced. The mechanics here are down to earth, great to speak to regarding car needs and works hard! My car was fixed. A local mechanic did not know what my car need was; Carolina Auto did. My car is running great. Karen, you are awesome at what you do! You are a wonderful listener, you took care of all my needs and is super patient. You are a blessing to Carolina Auto. Thank you for your kindness and for having my back. Great experience.

They sorry and don’t know anything about a car or any vehicle

They were recommended by someone at my 75 year old mothers church. We took her car in and it took them 3 days to change a thermostat. Terrible customer service. He never once called me to tell me what was wrong, I had to constantly call him. Even when we dropped it off we stood in the dumpy entrance for awhile before anyone even spoke to us. After he "fixed" it the check engine light kept coming on with a code for a bad thermostat and the temp gauge never went up from cold. We took it back to him two times and he claimed it could be one thing or another but we didn't want him to touch the car again. Finally took it to meineke where they replaced the thermostat again and told us that he had not only put the wrong one in but that he didn't replace the housing which according to them should be done. So she basically paid to have the exact same thing done again. Went back to the owner Kevin I think it is and he was very rude and even though it says they warranty their work he refused to give us any money back.. He was extremely rude and I would never take anything to him.. thinking about small claims court. All he had to do was be nice and offer some of the money back and we would have been satisfied but instead he was rude.
