They are a nice little country location with courteous staff. There is a wide variety of cold drinks including beer and snacks. Gas prices are pretty decent compared with other stations. I go there often and like the atmosphere.

Great place to stop for gas and a break. The staff were helpful and friendly. The local liars club hanging out outside were a hoot.

Have purchased from this station for years, before it was express mart. I feel it is important to use local businesses whenever possible, even if it's owned by larger companys. That being said, my family will no longer purchase any item here. When it was announced that there could be gas shortages due to the pipeline leak in Shelby County they jumped on their price $0.30 while other area stations had slight increases. When a business takes this kind of action to gouge customers, I no longer consider them a part of a local community.

I got gas here because it’s cheap (lol) and I ended up locking my keys in the car! but the lady who works at the store got a nice man to get his locksmith stuff! I was back in my car in 20 minutes! i’ve never understood southern hospitality until now! thank you guys again!

Godfrey's is a gift to hokes bluff and has always been. From what you need as far as snacks, drinks, and fuel, to a quick and clean rest room and a place to exchange kids, marketplace and Craigslist items, or anything else that requires a safe and well lit parking lot, this business is the most vital and appreciated place in the town!
