Absolutely wonderful noodle stir fry. The best in central Oregon. Love this food truck. Great food and service. If u stop by here you won't be disappointed. Winter soup menu is superb, ???? definitely try the wonton soup. Tasty dumplings and killer broth.

2nd Update! Been having her noodles lately with chicken or pork and asking to heat up the spice level sometimes! This is my go to place in Central oregon for Asain food! Yummy yumm! Sally puts extra effort into the quality & methods of cooking, this is heart and soul, and you can tell because her food is so good! Sallys Wok for years has been and still is my favorite place for soulful chineese noodles and miso soup. I cannot tell you how many people I know that agree. The BEST miso soup ever. Also I love asking for medium spicy noodles. Tender chicken, perfect crunch on the veggies. Sally always has a smile on her face too! Love Sally's Wok! Fried Noodles with chicken, and the veggies in it is so good! The Bao buns pork or veggie are great all thd way through, with a VERY flavorful soy sauce. My favorite is the heart warming Miso Soup! Great ingredients, much love put into the food! Support amazing local people like this!! Update: Ogh! Her fried rice and noodles are so amazing! Over time I have learned that Sally is VERY passionate about her cooking and her food! She has an inspiring story of where she has come from. Support any amazing business like this & an amazing person! Wow!!!!!

Explored Google Map to find a Chinese restaurant and found this food truck. Turned out what other reviews are saying are true and I'm glad I went here. The fried rice is so yummy. Generous chicken, veggies, and egg. I ordered level 3 (hot), not too spicy IMO — but it's really tasty. Portion is big I had to share it with my partner. Would recommend to anyone who loves fried rice!!! ?????

Her food are so good! Fried rice 5 stars! Wonton soup 5 stars! Boba tea - it’s amazing! Chef - she is such a sweet Asian lady. Very authentic food!

Sally's woke has some of the best fried rice I've ever had. All of the veggies are freshly cut. Definitely one of the best food carts I have ever been too.
