Went for a professional achievement celebration. No hibachi tables, all was cooked in the kitchen. Service was below average but acceptable. Food was average. Maybe food cooked table side at the hibachi grill is better. Prices were on the high side. There was no forced gratuity, but their menu did have a forced 18% if you sit at the hibachi table (which again was closed on a Friday night). Give this one a miss.
The food here is so tasty and savory! I had the Teriyaki chicken, and wow.... The chicken was so tender and the Teriyaki sauce was simply divine. I also had the spicy crab roll- also amazing. Our waitress was very attentive and friendly.l, and the dining area was peaceful and clean. I would love to come back here!
Man, I really enjoyed my night here. Our server was Johnny on the spot with everything without feeling like a helicopter patent at a playground. The space is a whole vibe, the sushi was plated so beautifully and thoughtfully, the hibachi steak was first-kiss tender, and I would LITERALLY slap my own mother for another slice of the tempura grief cheesecake. No notes. If you guys check your own reviews, Bravo, and thank you again.
Thank you for proving exactly why this review was necessary. You just admitted you had to remake the plate because you ignored an allergy, then tried to guilt-trip us for not wanting to pay for something we couldn’t eat. The plate was untouched, not because we were being “difficult,” but because the second attempt still wasn’t right. You clearly prioritize being “right” over being respectful or professional. Throwing your frustration into a public reply instead of learning from feedback says a lot. this place is just straight up terrible. Unbelievably rude servers (kate) and management. The server and management refused to remove a whole untouched plate of hibachi that my friend didn’t like. She said we still have to pay for it. I asked the manager if she would pay for something she didn’t eat and she said no. But made us pay for it. The server Kate was not helpful and said they can’t take it off the bill just because we don’t like it. Don’t come here if u might not like it because they’ll still make u pay for it:)
