I go to this shop all the time to get tire changes and engine check. I just recently got car inspection and tire change. Everything was great and professional with a reasonable price. I promise you with a manager like Sunny who treats you like family you will come back again and again. Thank you for service. Love it ????

After almost a long week of a puzzling experience of trying to figure out what was going on with my 2017 Ford Escape. I found Sunny and Richmond Auto Clinic. Amazing shop!!! He found the problem which was the two fuel pumps. After two days of working I’m back on the road. Thanks Sunny and everyone at Richmond Auto Clinic!!! I love this shop and I will be back for my auto needs. Such a caring place and I felt at home!!! I am extremely grateful!!!!! God bless!!!!

Paid them over $1200.00 a couple months ago to fix multiple things on my car. They lied and said that everything was fixed just for the same lights to come on later on. Did not balance my tires as requested or figure out why my bulb light on the dashboard was on. And had the audacity to prolong fixing the issues like it was not supposed to be fixed months ago. Would not recommend this shop, especially if you are a woman.They are not thorough. And Sunny overcharges the customers on parts between $80-$120 more. I was taking my car there for years, and excuse them from so many mistakes. Done with them wholeheartedly.

This place has excellent customer service. The mechanics are very knowledgeable and skilled with car repairs. The person at the front desk was very honest and communicated reasonable prices.

This place is great. Reasonable and honest. Sunny is awesome! I’ve had an alignment and safety inspection done on my car. Definitely bringing it back for any future repairs or needs.
