The regency inn& suites is a family-friendly hotel with on-site security starting at 7:00 p.m. every night, this way you're feeling safe in the hotel and outside in the parking lot. If you had to go to your car to retrieve something. The staff here are wonderful, very friendly and kind and also very helpful. Recommend staying here to anyone who wants to come and I would come back again if I was in the area

The customer service here is excellent, and I’m very impressed with how clean and spacious my room is for what’s listed as a 1-star motel. Honestly, I’d rate this more like a 3-star. The location is also convenient, with a 7-Eleven right across the street. Overall, my stay has been a great experience, and the next time I’m in this city, I know exactly where lodging.

Sam, (front desk) was so friendly and helpful with everything, I cant say enough about his awesome customer service. Our room was very clean- a little outdated, but we appreciated the cleanliness. Thanks for making us feel at home.

I’ve been staying here for six years. It’s my go to when I come to Nashville. What attracts me is the price. It’s in my budget and I find it clean enough. I’ve never seen any bugs here ever. I think the location is great. It’s got a 7 11, McDonalds, & Dutch Bros. next door. I’ve never had anything in the room not work except a TV … highly recommend.

Great location close to the highway and gas station. Clean rooms comfortable bed, and great customer service. Stayed for a few days had no complaints
