The people who work here manage to break open their trash bags whenever they throw anything away, and it ends up strewn across the entire property. I keep finding masks and rubber gloves all over the parking lot. Do better. There’s also an urgent care just south of here (on powers) that has quicker and better services.

The front desk lady was efficient and helpful. Lyric, our provider, was the same. Kind and quick. She didn't think my daughter's pink eye was bacterial but gave me her card in case it got worse. It did, and I sent her photos. She send it the prescription for antibiotic drops immediately. Very impressed. Will be our go to provider now.

Positive reviews are fake. They put you in a drawing for $ with proof of positive review. Receptionist was extremely rude. Told me they weren't sure if they could help, but it would be $172 plus any additional tests regardless.

We brought our daughter in for strep throat, thankfully she was seen right away. However, I came in 30 minutes after her with the same symptoms and waited an hour before they told me they couldn’t see me because their testing machines were down. Multiple people who ‘reserved’ a spot were seen ahead of me. Another lady and I were told we would not be able to be seen and that they would refund $117 they overcharged us. A month later and I have yet to receive my refund. I hope I can get in touch with someone soon because they certainly are not transparent about their service. Bottom line: be prepared to be overcharged, overlooked and ignored for about an hour to two hours.

I cannot say enough about how poorly my care was handled by this practice. I went in for a walk-in visit in need of just antibiotics for an animal bite (3:25 pm). My visit was very abnormal and felt rushed and cold, with none of my medical history being asked although I was a new patient. After waiting I was seen (4:40 pm) and sent away, being told that my prescription would be sent to the pharmacy. My pharmacy had not received the prescription, and after calling the office 4 times with no answer I drove back to the clinic in hopes of getting the script filled (7 pm). The women at the desk were very condescending and did not know what they were doing, claimed that there was nothing that could be done, and when I requested a manager I was told that she was “busy in a meeting” during business hours. I was also told that there are not providers there and there is nobody to answer the phone past 5:30, although their hours are until 8. When we finally were able to speak to the owner, Anita, she was extremely rude, addressing us as the “angry patients” and insisted that the mistake was not on their part and that “pharmacies lie to patients about their medication”. Anita continued to lie to us and say that the prescription was sent over although there was no record of that at the pharmacy and the other women in the office all thought it was being sent to a different pharmacy. After leaving (7:25 pm) I called the pharmacy again and there was still no record of it being sent over, so I went back to the urgent care to get a printed copy of the prescription in hopes of getting it filled before the pharmacy closed. When I walked in, Anita was EXTREMELY condescending, saying that she didn’t think they were able to print the prescription off, and proceeded to go to the back for another 20 minutes. When she came back (finally at 8 pm when they close) she was aggressive and insulting. Anita then proceeded to tell me to “go ahead and write a review I’ll be sure to reply to it” so here I am. After 3 total hours I received my printed copy of my prescription and will never be returning for care. Wish I could give this zero stars!
