Awful experience. I had an 11:00 appointment with a female tech which I made ahead of time. They took me 20 mins late with a male tech. Unsure the point of making the appointment online. It was the sloppiest, worst pedicure I have ever gotten. Had to redo the two big toes. Once I got the manicure he cut the side of my cuticle so deep I made him stop and he told me it was “because of my skin”. Never again. 0 stars.

Not the place to go if you expect your appointment to take place at the time you scheduled it. 30min after my appointment time, they took someone who’s appointment was later. When I asked how long it would be, they had me sit in the pedicure chair just to wait more. I asked to skip the massage and any extras to just get polished and get out since I was on a time crunch. $40 for cuticles and toe polish! $40 is absurd for the almost hour wait and a 10 minute service. Won’t be back and I don’t recommend. Also saw a woman who had just left after a manicure go back in to have a nail fixed and the guy was not willing at all and tried to basically shoo her away. Not friendly, overpriced and a waste of time.

HORRIBLE. If I could give 0 stars I would. I’ve tried this place two times and both experiences were terrible. I got a basic pedicure and the guy actually made the back of my heel bleed and 2 weeks later it’s still healing. He scrubbed my heel not only in the wrong place but way too hard. The polish was sloppy and the whole pedicure was extremely rushed, and so EXPENSIVE! I will not be going back, save your money and time!!!

They were wonderful I live in maine and my 2 younger sister go there alot and I wanted to pay for their nails on Saturday and I got a pedicure when I visited my sisters. They were so kind and understandable with my request. And yes men they do a great job on your feet don't think it is just for women because my feet don't feel like they did the feel great. My sisters got Saint Patrick nails done

I’ve never had such a disappointing experience at a nail salon. First, they made us wait 35 minutes after our designated appointment time and then took us 10 minutes before they closed. Naturally they wanted to go home and rushed the process resulting in poor quality nails. I got a dip manicure and it was laid on thick as an attempt to make my color darker but was very heavy and bumpy. The nail tech also wouldn’t answer my questions. Also, there were gaps left between my cuticle due to “cold weather” but in reality it was just put on thickly and poorly. They did not look pretty at all and so glad I got them redone at another place before I was unexpectedly proposed to two days later!
