This is the car I got from Merrimack Autosport it was $9,995 and after they financed me t b e total comes out to $12,074 a thousand less than the 2004 Honda CR-V that they want 8 grand for when the value is at like $5,400 place is ful of scam artists!!!! Sold my ex a Monte Carlo and the transmission went as soon as the 30 day warrantee was up!!!!! Buyer beware other places finance people with horrible credit, my score is 471 look around and see whats out there!!!!!
I just want to start by saying that Michelle and Robert are awesome people, they helped my get a car when I needed one. In Oct 2017, I bought my first car from them and when it got totaled in Feb 2018 they stepped right up and helped me even more and got me into a better car and neither of them ever questioned me. They will always be there to help you out!!! Thank you very much second chance and all of your staff is awesome and great to work with. You guys will never let anyone down and regardless of how many people give you bad reviews they are all wrong. Michelle and Robert will go out of their way to help anyone. My daughter also had a wonderful and great experience with them. I just want to say thank you for all you have done, keep up the great work!!!!
A couple of months ago I bought a beautiful 2009 Nissan Pathfinder from Robert. Not too long later at the beginning of April I had some damage done to it and had to file an insurance claim. Do it to my policy I had to pay a $500 deductible. After speaking with Robert about it showing him the damage he allow me to push off some payments because I was short on funds due to the deductible. Him and his company have been highly accommodating to me throughout this whole situation. And it all has to do with communication he is very commutative with his customers. There is multiple ways to get a hold of him to get a hold of his office and I thank him very very much for the help and the second chance that he is given me. I highly recommend this dealership to anybody who said trouble in the past or just wants a good deal. He cares very deeply about his customers and the vehicles he puts out I worth every bit of money that you pay for. Thank you Robert thank you second chance.
The first thing I'm going to comment on is there is no handicap parking, and when I asked about it and they said they did not have any designated handicap spots. I questioned them on the legality of that, and the two guys I was talking to just looked at each other and chuckled. There is also no handicapped accessible entrance. I would only recommend this place if someone is extremely desperate for a vehicle. They were trying to get me into a car that I didn't necessarily want. I wanted to stay below $10,000 and when the person working with me walked away from the computer and I saw the price of the car they were trying to sell me, it was $13,900. Originally they told me they would definitely get me into a vehicle and credit me $1,000 for my trade. Things fell completely apart when I took the car for a test drive, and when I came back I was doing a look-over of certain things, and I didn't like what I was seeing. Not to mention the car reeked of cigarette smoke, it had not been cleaned, and it looked like it was going to need new tires in less than a year not to mention other things. And here's where things went awry. The guy working with me, I'm not going to say his name because I don't want to pinpoint anyone specifically even though I can, asked me if I was okay and I said I was looking the car over. And that's when he said that he was having second thoughts about taking my car after he already said he would. As I was waiting for all of this to take place and try to be approved for financing, this person thought it was more important to teach his seven-year-old how to use her telephone rather than tell her he's at work can he call her back. It was not an emergency, so I find that to be poor customer service. And he kept doing it. It wasn't a one-time issue. A complaint phone call came in while I was waiting also, and I didn't like the way the guy dealt with the woman on the phone. Without using the word idiot, he called her that in not so many words. Also, the way they finagle the numbers to get someone a car loan is unethical in my book. So I'm glad I walked away, because I wouldn't want to get stuck doing business with a company that's unethical, unprofessional, and doesn't give their customers the attention they deserve. Like I said, only go here if you are so desperate that you have no other choice.
Michelle was great with helping us find the car we needed to best customize our needs and walk us through the car buying process. It was start to finish easy with getting us back on the road quickly with a new car. A total judgment free zone for all financial situations. Friendly staff and great car selection! Highly recommended.
