I had an amazing experience at Posh Dental! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm and welcoming, making me feel completely at ease. Dr.Najeeb is truly an expert in their field—extremely knowledgeable, professional, and gentle. They took the time to explain everything clearly and ensured I was comfortable throughout the procedure. My mom went in for her annual dental checkup today. She went in the room and was free in 3 mins. Doctor took her in and didn’t even talk or discuss her condition. Told her to come to front desk. When my mom asked she said yes your insurance covers everything and we will do everything that is covered by your insurance in next visits. We don’t know what she meant by “everything”. Never explained what my mom needed, whether it was extraction, cavity fillings, deep cleaning etc. She did something in her mouth for less than one minute. Again, we don’t know what she did. Funny thing is now she will charge the insurance for cleaning and scaling which she never did or maybe an annual checkup which was done in 3 mins. Claps to Dr. Najla. Shame on you for treating patients like animals. Even a vet talk to the animal parents for a few minutes and explains them the diagnosis and discusses their concerns. You rushed a patient out of the room in 3 minutes and the patients said “I have a few questions” to which you said “we can discuss that in next appointment”. Shame on you for making money like that and playing with people’s life. Horrible service. Never going again. You know how to make money from Obama care insurances and seeing 10 patients in an hour. Horrible service, go there only if you want to get your teeth cleaned in 3 mins hahaha maybe less.

Edited Review: from 5 Stars to 2 Stars This practice keeps making appointments without approval or request. I already got 2 “appointment” time and dates where I never requested. What started as a positive experience here is now a negative experience as this practice makes appointments without consulting the actual customer.

Very bad experience ! I came in this office for pain in my wisdom tooth on both sides. She wanted to remove both of teeth. And she did more than 10 Xrays and didn't even showed me any or discuss anything . All she wants to put crown on some of my theeths make cash money out of it ..I was already in pain she started cleaning and finish in 30 seconds . I felt cheated and had terrible experience .It was a bad night mare.Cant tell what i felt in that 1 minute treatment experience. SHE doesn't have any empathy and courtesy towards patients . Not going back ever even she is last dentist on the d earth .Heads up for all don't go to this doctor I am not a regular review person I swear this is a very first review of my entire life .I am still in shock what I experienced today . I checked her review before I made my appointment but still I gave her a chance but people were so right about her.BUt if you wants 30 seconds cleaning just visit her .
