Food was really good but service was absolutely terrible. We were there an hour before closing and ordered five sushi rolls that were finished within 15 minutes. After finishing we were considering ordering more sushi but as we were looking at the menu the waiter gave us the check. Our friend ordered takeout previously and while waiting the waiter came to let us know they were closing for the third time. We left 30 minutes before closing. Jade Asian more like jaded asian.

I have been on the hunt for udon noodles so I gave Jade Asian a try. First, they are really set up for take out, not dining in. The man who took my order was sitting and eating. I ordered a chicken tempura roll and beef udon. The chicken was nice and crispy but the avocado was not fresh. Overall, it was okay. The beef udon is just noodles, beef, and veggies, no soup. The noodles and veggies were good but the beef was inedible. Very chewy and flavorless. Not sure I'd come here again unless I was getting sushi and even then, there are better options nearby.

Seriously horrible. They were having a dispute with previous customer, that should've been our clue to turn around and leave. Firstly, when you enter , it's like they don't want you there. You have to call them to come take order. Secondly the (I'm assuming) old man owner is super rude and he does not want you there. His reply to question - I don't know!!! We ordered two dishes. A pepper chicken and Thai basil chicken , which should've been green Both dishes were EXACTLY the same. Tons of onions, almost raw and barely 4 pieces of chicken They serve in takeaway containers only. Two small foam plates, takeaway forks and dishes in plastic container. Rice in takeaway box. That's it. Eat and scoot Seriously go next door for pizza. Avoid this place like covid

Food might be amazing, but I'll never know. Sat in there for 15 minutes being ignored in an empty dining room. Wouldn't have even waited that long normally, but our normal spot was closed for Chinese new year. 0 out of 10 on the service.

I'd give Jade Asian 14 stars if it was possible. Being vegan/vegetarian, take-out can tricky. Between the tofu dishes, and sushi, there's a good amount of options, and the food is incredibly good. I highly recommend the green or yellow curry tofu dishes.
