If you want an average hamburger, or crispy fried chicken tenders, don't go here. This place is too original for you. I had a little taste of hog heaven with their smoky ham sandwich featuring grilled pineapple and a tangy Polynesian sauce. Highly recommend it.
Went for breakfast, had a great omelette. Good portions, but don't be in a hurry, it took awhile for the food. It was delicious!
My family and I were here visiting the falls and we decided to find a place to eat. I’m so glad we stopped at Plowshares bistro. The food was absolutely delicious and our server John was very kind and made sure our drinks were never empty. I was very impressed with how fresh the food was. If we are ever come this way again we will be sure to stop here and eat again.
Stopped for supper when the place we had planned to go to was closed. Very glad we did! Food was fantastic and reasonably priced. Rachel our server was sweet, informative, and engaging. We enjoyed a table outside with our BYOB wine.
Service was excellent. For an appetizer we shared the Corn fritters (delicious!) and crab cakes (different). I had the pork chop entree, wife had fish entree. Chop was cooked properly and juicy. Side dishes were underseasoned. Her fish (WAY overcooked!) was paired with summer vegetables (no seasoning) and rosemary potatoes (very salty). Pleasant environment with great potential. Kitchen staff needs training, along with tasting throughout cooking.
