Freckles Kitchen & Tavern

My new favorite place to eat. Everything is delicious here. Biscuits and gravy are the best. Fish and chips, fried fish tacos are amazing. I can't say enough good things. I highly recommend Freckles.

This was a spontaneous breakfast plan from our hike . Boy ! This place didn’t disappoint. The service from Victoria was excellent. The chef - Antonio came out to see if the food was good! So good! It’s gourmet quality. Love the news paper plate presentation. I’ll be telling my friends about this place . We will definitely be back

Absolutely Amazing!! Had the Fish & Chips and the wife had the Fish tacos and Whoa!! We were both blown away! Vinnie our server also "Bartender" served us an amazing Mojito and Michelada, that were ????????!! Service was perfect, Food Was Amazing, Restaurant was clean so to sum it up A++++!! They just earned my business for many many more times over!! Thank You Freckles for an amazing experience!!!!

Great food, awesome drinks, cute interior and passionate people. Will definitely be going back for happy hour. Great hidden gem on the 38, please stop by and support them so they can keep their doors open! Be careful when the black salsa, it's delicious but super spicy! Got a few different tacos as well as the fish and chips, and everything was delicious!

They have a subtle but very noticeable (I know that seems like a contradiction) approach to the food they serve. The food is always hot and the ingredients fresh. The place is spotlessly clean and so are the servers. The servers are positive and know their menus. If they don’t know the answer to a question, they go get it. There are cheaper places to eat but the cost at Freckles is more than justified when you consider what they offer, the quality of what they offer, the size of the portions, the skill of their chef, their awesome servers and the cleanliness of the restaurant…they are definitely worth the money!
