Plank's Bier Garten

The pizza… one of the best! And the burgers are also amazing. Definitely recommend. The ambiance is super nice, cozy, modern, all at once. I went there twice and this will be MY place for good meals and happy days! Recent note: owing photo from my all time favorite pizza, White, but adding the pork fries and the queso and tacos for starters, which were a delightful surprise when I came yesterday!

Really great Fish and Chips with seasoned fries. Loved the cole slaw! Pretzel Sticks were spot on! Willy burger was an excellent choice also for my wife. Our server Kelly was a very friendly host and very helpful on questions about the menu. I highly recommend this place! Patio is awesome with lots of TV'S!

Food was amazing! Lots of choices made it hard to decide on what to order! Lots of beer choices as well! Staff was very accommodating as we had 11 in our party & they worked with us to make sure we weren't all crowded around one little table. We'll definitely be going back!!

I’m a frequent at Plank’s. Really am. But the last two times I went, it was a HUGE disappointment. I want to emphasize, again, that I’m a frequent. One of my favorite places to go with my husband. Amazing vibes, amazing ambiance. But these last two times were a fiasco. First I went with my parents by Nov 14th, when I found a hair in my lunch. Didn’t make a fuss, just called the waitress and informed about that - they didn’t charge me but I didn’t have a proper lunch, didn’t even offered a replacement or something else. Well. I went yesterday at around 2pm with my husband. Will start by saying that was the first time we felt we were not welcomed in there. I would never imagine this happening in my favorite place. Second: the burger felt old, like done with some kind of old meat. It didn’t feel right and it was fairly weird, but giving we were being mistreated, we just ate in silence to not cause more disturbance. No one wants to feel like someone is acting like they are doing you a favor by not giving you proper treatment when you are clearly going to pay for it. And then my onions were dripping in oil and my husbands they weren’t even battered or well cooked. See for yourself in the picture I’m attaching. I’m not sure if I have the confidence to go back again, I really can’t. We decide to have a dinner or lunch out per week and we simply lost our day yesterday by going. I’m sad to say that I’m not sure if I trust the place anymore, which breaks my heart. We will always have nice walks until we get to Plank’s, but I guess not anymore… no one comes to us and actually talk to us and see what’s happening and what they are doing to improve. Just remove stuff from the bill and you are good to go. Is not what I want. I want and need someone to come and say that they care and they will take care of it. Not just take something off and that’s it. Sad. Very sad

We had a large group, planned in advance. Seems there was only one server available, so some of our group were finished eating before the other of us even were served. Additionally, we sat at a two person table located at the North-West corner of the enclosed patio... There was a strong odor of MILDEW, so we had to turn toward our group to be able to half-way enjoy/and taste our food... Should be inspected, please.
