Pho Tasty

Came here on Labor Day for an early dinner. Our first time visiting, the place is clean and staff friendly. We had their Filet mignon and fat brisket pho and their vermicelli bowls, fresh spring rolls, and order of fried calamari, a little too oily for my liking, but overall food was very tasty.

Don’t get it wrong, the place is open! The dark windows make it confusing. The pho was great and full of flavor. The atmosphere of the restaurant is nice, Service was very good, they were helpful and nice to us.

Great service and food at this place! Super convenient for college students or families. Their noodle soup is flavorful and well portioned. Always a pleasure to go.

PhoBo was good. The beef we chose was delicious as well. Soup is flavourful but I wish it was stronger in flavour. Catfish has a strongly seasoned into the perfectly cooked fish, the texture of the meat was perfect. Adding the sauce onto the white rice with the fish balances the flavour. Bathroom was clean. Price is reasonable. Staff was friendly and helpful.

This place has quickly become one of favorites in Davis. I cannot believe I had not tried it until recently. The food is amazing and flavorful, the staff is very friendly and inviting and the ambiance is cool and unique. My favorite dishes are the pho with filet mignon, the "special" bahn mi, the shrimp spring rolls and the filet mignon guo bao. Truly excellent!
