Pho Royal Restaurant Leesburg

The food is always excellent, but they get behind in the service and there are a lot of unbussed tables and sometimes a bit of a wait. But the pho is 100% worth the wait!

Food is amazing. Place has adequate parking and the restaurant is very clean. John the owner is awesome. Shared great stories. Would recommend.

So my fiance and I walk in and sit down. We ordered two Pho bowls and two spring rolls. The spring rolls come out burnt and my fiance asks for new ones. The server who is Apparently one of the owners looks at her and asks "what's wrong with them?" They were black and burnt to a crisp. Instead of saying "oh I'm sorry we'll bring you new ones" he copped an attitude. So I was unwilling to eat there but my fiance wanted to stay. So we stayed and I told the server I do not want my order but she wants hers. Then he started yelling at me to get out or I'll call the police. So we left. This leaves zero stars for the burnt food and a negative 5 stars for the rude service. There is plenty of other choices in the Leesburg area so I would not recommend this place to anyone. So The Story Goes On. We moved to on to the Asian Noodle House. We had a conversation with the server there and she has eaten at Pho Royal before and stated there are two owners. One is a happy guy and the other one is always angry. We obviously got the angry guy. The Asian Noodle House was much better according to my fiance who is Asian. And just a note the photos are from the Asian Noodle House...delicious, not the angry man's house.

Amazing place, have been coming here for over a year. Its my number 1 pho place to eat. I recommend anyone looking for a good plate of pho or food to come here. You will leave with a big smile and a full belly.

ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!!!! ZERO STARS First off to potential customers pass on this restaurant if you are looking for authentic Vietnamese favor texture and flare. So because of reviews from years back I pull up to Royal pho . I order the bun mai lunch special bc I thought it would be fast. No it wasn’t fast instead it took 20 mins for take out of 1 sandwich that had 6 pieces of meat in it. That was dried out and bitter from the char. The cucumber that’s supposed to be the fresh and crisp aspect of a bun mai was politely blanched. Even after I asked to have the have it on the side. The “ bubba tea” I just threw that in the trash. Food coloring and sugar. To the owners or management please look at the sandwich pic I’ll post. Have a conversation with who was taking orders on 3/13 @ 2:25 pm ask him if he thinks from our interaction if he thinks I was giving proper customer service. The place seem under staffed and the cashier seem unbothered with customer care. I’m so disappointed!!!!!! Absolute waste of my money and time.
