Perfection Nails

Do not go here! I got my nails done here and they were so bad one of them started to slightly lift up a bit and the nail on my thumb is side ways! And the old man was very aggressive with my nails he even left me bleeding! I do not recommend!! DONT WASTE YOU MONEY HERE!!

I got my nails done by Jane shes very gentle and did a very good job

Beyond unhappy! Colors are so off and left with colors we didn't like. Kept telling her to cut nails shorter. I still need to cut some. Messy work! No one to talk to about issues. Waste of money! Go somewhere else! As my daughter said they weren't even very friendly.

This place has the worst customer service ever. The treatment you received is based on the cost of what you are getting done. They don’t appreciate customers, for example, I have been going there for over ten years and the treatment have worsen. I don’t consider myself a difficult client and even if so after so many years it’s fair to say they have learned how I like my nails to look. They lie about busy and having appointments just so they can take the customer they prefer and they even go as far as sending you with someone else to do someones else nails/toes since they will be paying more for whatever reason. They hold little to none conversation, even those days when you are in the mood to talk. The owner and his wife are the worst in terms of customer service. In terms of quality they are good. They also make it very Obvious for the customer to know that they are talking about you. It’s sad because the place has potential due to its quality and location but the customer services is THE WORST. They make it almost impossible for you to be there. The treatment white and black customers is not the same. It almost feel as if they want to tell you not to come back. One can assume they don’t need the money.

I took my Granddaughter to get her nails done for her birthday, BIG Mistate nails started lifting after a week, and when we want back I speak with the male guy which I think his the owner. He wanted me to pay $55 for them to do her nails again. I argued that after one week her nails where lifting. After taking the polish off of one hand. Then he told my granddaughter to get out of his chair, so one of the other lady took the polish off the others hand.. I ended up taking her some where else. Which the place I took her did a beautiful job.. Perfection Nail Bad Customer service very rude, and there skills with designing nails nail art is in the basement. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME..?
