rushed through the whole process. honestly very sloppy work and didn’t put enough powder on the nails so they are very thin like. i wanted an “S” with a heart and that’s what i got. this picture is show about a week and half after they were done.
I went here to get a pedicure and let me just preface this by saying I have terrible feet! I’m talking thick nails with skin growing up under them and awful calluses. The lady that did my pedicure was very nice and didn’t make me feel gross like I usually feel lol she took her time and made sure I was always comfortable. I 100% recommend this place!
Worst! I went there times in the last month. Both time I went I got powder dip on my nails. Both times after just two days my nails started to chip. During my service, the men finished in 20 minutes. The product was not applied fully. I will not be back! Charge me $60 each time and does not even last me a full week.
Walked into this place at 12:05 today right when they opened and didn’t leave until 3. They were already busy when I got there and I understood that but my last hour was a nightmare. Walked in and asked for a pedicure and a fill in on my ombré oval nails. My pedicure was wonderful and the young guy who did it was great, my only concern was I did have to ask for him to add the sea salt soak to the tub which is listed as included in all levels of pedicures. My fill-in was where the real problems started. The older man who typically does the nails originally said they could not fill them in because they don’t fill in dip. I advised they were not dip, they were acrylics and the white part of ombré was just painted on. (Last salon airbrushed them) After waiting about 20 minutes after my pedicure was done they moved me to the nail chair and I asked twice before he started if ombré pink and white was possible, if not I’d just do a solid color. He said yes and proceeded to fill in my nails and shape them. Immediately he started to shape them into almond and not oval. Fine. Didn’t say anything, but also not what I asked for. He said they would be $52, then after shaping he informed me it would be $55 for the shaping. Then he proceeded to file halfway into my skin on my thumb. I was polite and told him to please stop filing and to leave them in the full shape they were and then the argument ensued. He was very rude to me and tried to basically tell me my nail shape was wrong and then when I finally said “I do not like this” he threw on more acrylic and passed me off to someone else. This lady was very nice and tried her best to shape my nails, but then she started painting… you need to zoom into the picture to truly see just how awful this “ombré” is… she used a sponge and it’s not blended in anyway, and everything about them is just awful. NOT a good experience and absolutely not worth the $107 I paid. (Hands and feet combined price) BEWARE!!
Last Thursday I got acrylics, it's been 9 days today and they all broke off?? I called and they said they'd charge me for a new set when it was their fault it wasn't done correctly. I wouldn't recommend them. I use to love going here, but now they slack and don't care. I'll go to paradise nails from now on. At least their nails last for months. Not 9 days.
