So I’ve heard a lot of people say different things about this place. My fiancé and I decided to see what it was like because our car was on its last leg and I’m 9 months pregnant, will be having the baby any day now! We went in on Saturday, we met a salesman named Raul and from the beginning he was warm and welcoming to us. He was cheerful and kind and didn’t put any sort of pressure on us. We weren’t able to leave with a car that day but today we decided to pick one up! Raul went above and beyond to accommodate every aspect of our circumstances. I’ve never received customer service like that before let alone from a car dealership! Please buy your car from Paul Blanco and ask specifically for Raul, or a sweet older gentleman Moose. You won’t regret it!

Didn't even let me pick my car. Brought me a decent rental they they just got said it was all they could Finance me for the lender wouldn't for me for anything else APR is 29.99% they took advantage of me my credit is now screwed because of them I am paying twice the amount of what I should be paying for it after interest and I've been paying for a year now and I've only paid off $100 towards the actual loan all my money I've been paying has been going towards the interest I do not recommend this place on very unhappy I spoke with the manager and he said there was nothing that they could do for me don't go to Paul Blanco do not go you are better off riding a bike the picture is of the headliner of the dirty spot that they did not clean

All I have to say what a great experience it way coming to Paul Blanco’s Good Car Company. All workers are courteous and professional that was my first impression.It was a comfortable environment when walking in the front doors. I was great with a friendly smile and referred to Juan. Juan was super friendly and very knowledgeable about making our car needs happen! We then met Al who made it all happen for us! Al was very friendly and honest about what car would fit our needs and budget. I have to say by far this was the best experience I’ve had when purchasing a vehicle. I have to say thanks to Earnest (a new employee), he greeted me kindly and answered all my questions. He made it an exciting experience to get my first car. I purchased a 2013 Scion TC. Beautiful car, I couldn't be anymore grateful. I also want to thank Alvie, she made everything go so smoothly. It was a great experience and I felt very comfortable there. That was the best, most efficient crew of people I have ever dealt with while buying a car. Tony was my salesman at the Stockton, CA location. He was professional, funny and just made the experience light and easy. There was no stress at all because they asked me what I wanted and they delivered it I got a good trade in value, a great deal on my loan payments and I got 1month free car insurance from Paul Blanco.
