If you are looking for a good breakfast and friendly staff this is the place food was great it reminded me of cute diners you see on the hallmark channel worth the stop if you live in Waterbury or can make the trip definitely make the stop and the price will blow you away and not your wallet !!!

Cute little breakfast place with an American diner vibe. We went on a Sunday morning- the place was buzzing and one can definitely say they had some regular customers- like everyone knew everyone else! The staff were very down to earth and friendly and the food very homely. For once we were able to order just two pancakes instead of an entire stack, so we ended up wasting none! The eggs and potatoes were just perfect. Above all, the people around made us feel home. And- loved that their menu hasn’t changed much from 1973!

Food was perfect. Eggs over easy done right! Potatoes were hot, crispy, and still gave you potato texture. Perfect. Only thing missing was gluten free bread. But the staff was super friendly and they care about their customers. I will be back!

First time visiting and overall it was good. The home fries they have I wasn't very impressed with. They had a freezer burn type of taste to them and were burnt around the bottom and edges. The sausage links were tasty as were the eggs and rye toast. I really enjoyed the Omar coffee they had, it was delicious! The environment is extremely loud. Very difficult to talk amongst your table with how loud everyone around you is. Not really in the restaurants control, I understand that. But this would ultimately keep me from frequenting as I don't care to hear chaos while I'm trying to enjoy a meal... but of course that is my personal preference. I did enjoy seeing the cute coffee cups lined up on the wall, they had frequent customers names on them I assume!
