Fratelli's Pizzeria & Catering

They have are hit or miss now this is the 3rd time they sent over done pizza we asked for it to be cooked light and they refused to fix it i asked for a replacement pizza for my kids because it tasted burnt ....their response was the cook says he didn't burn it !! Ok well it's over done and my kids won't eat burnt pizza can you send a new one ...nope they did not !! They are rude and nasty when it comes to fixing their mistakes we won't make the same mistake again by eating here

The owners/workers of Fratellis are the best. While I do not know them personally but from ordering and it being our main pizza place. Tonight we encountered a huge mistake my son made ordering not only did they help correct the issue but we’re also very generous. We have always loved their pizza but seeing how great they are to customers even when it’s not their mistake but was ours just made us Love them more !!

The food is the best food I've had from an establishment in Connecticut so far, the people are very kind and you can smell the aroma and hear the work being done

The only reason why I give them 4 stars Is because is too far away from me and they won't deliver that far Great pizza and excellent Buffalo wings ????????for the Spanish guy from Brooklyn No wonder the pizza is so good

The pizza ???? is amazing and for a good p4ice. We travel from the Prospect/Waterbury line to get the pizza.
