Found this lovely little spot driving back to Charleston from Greensboro. It's your grandma's kitchen with all the fixins. The food was delicious, and plenty of it. We didn't get the salad bar, but it was all fresh veggies and fruits. Everything was clean and tasty, the service was great. The kind of food that sticks to your ribs and reminds you of home. I will definitely return and recommend others.
Best place for good food and amazing service. My family had lunch there, and I will definitely be visiting again. The food is well worth the price. Everything was super delicious, and our server was lovely. It's one of my new favorite restaurants in Richmond county.
This quaint little hole in the wall we sought out for lunch was wonderful! We got there about 1:30 in the afternoon and I really wanted a mom and pop feel to the place we were going and I got it! Our family of 5 was greeted with southern hospitality for sure and we were seated. We ordered mashed potatoes for my 9month old and the server put them in the fridge just to cool them down for him. She was so sweet. The tea was so good! We all got something different but the burgers were so good. Very inexpensive. For everyone I paid $32 plus tip. It was very small inside but well worth going. I'll be back if I travel through Rockingham county again.
Great place to eat The food is very good. I would recommend this place any time.
This is a redneck country place and it's small but it has great food and has a salad bar and the service was excellent.. I got a double bacon cheeseburger with chili and slaw with fries and my father got a fish plate with coleslaw green beans hush puppies and french fries... It all got ate so no complaints
