Chiba Japanese Restaurant

Food tastes good. The atmosphere is okay. The service is exceptional, hands down! They will do anything to accommodate you. Everyone is extra friendly and pleasant. I was speaking Japanese to them, along with English. I would go back here if in the area again.

Tried to get my plates without something on it because I’m allergic to it and they kept giving me the same plate fixed again, after arguing about it for 15 minutes, they fixed another plate, and I got home to find it still made the same and had broccoli all in it and I can’t eat broccoli. I do not recommend eating here, nasty attitudes from the owner and cashier.

I have NEVER got my food so FAST in my life! I bought the chiba special, side of mushrooms, and extra shrimp sauce all in around 5 minutes FLAT! It was amazing and enough for me to make 2 meals from. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

THE OLD MAN AT THE DRIVE THRU IS EXTREMELY RUDE! When he handed me my food it was missing the sauce so I immediately go inside to ask for some only for him to accuse me of lying and demand that I pay for extra when it was a mistake that he made. So I go back to my car to return the food after the way he yelled at me and then he tries to argue with me and accuses me of eating out of the plate when I never even opened it. I WILL NEVER SPEND MY MONEY AT THIS PLACE AGAIN.

It was good. Smelt great. Wasn't what we expected from all the hipp everyone ravs about. Staff was almost kind and attentive unless their phone pinged then it wasn't time to greet you yet.
