Loaded Tots are delicious! Jade was great!! This place definitely took me home from the names of the sandwiches to Chicago sports memorabilia! Grab the Jordan and Pippen you won't be disappointed!

My husband and I were super excited to find Northsiders. We came in on Tuesday 7/27. This would’ve been a great review but the waitress decided to add an additional tip to our bill after we left. Our bill came to around $71-$74 and we left $20 in cash for her tip. My husband wrote a line through the tip section and wrote the amount with no tip added since we gave cash. We even watched the waitress grab the cash as we were leaving. When we left the restaurant the transaction was pending on our account for the $71-$74 bill. Then on Friday 7/30 the charge changed to $91. I then called the restaurant on Friday 7/30 to speak with the manager and was told a resolution would come along with a call back. Now on it is Thursday 8/5 and still no response. I do NOT recommend ever going to this restaurant. It is illegal for the waitress to add a tip onto a bill and absolutely unprofessional for no call back from the manager. It has nothing to do with needing the $20 back it’s about this being bad business. I will now be working with the bank to dispute the entire charge!

Stopped here on a whim. No host, so we made our way to the bar. Looked around at the taps trying to see what all they had - sign said 2 for 1 at the bar. No menus. So we waited. The waiter/bartender told us twice he would be right with us - he was running all around doing everything. There were two tables on the patio and one indoors. Then two couples at the bar. He came back again to tell us it would be a minute again as there were only 5 staff on for the night. The cook came out and stood around after our waiter brought the food out to a table. We didn’t see anyone else. After at least 15 minutes, We exited and left him a tip because we felt bad for him. We didn’t get a chance to order drinks or food - we went down the street to a little bar that seemed adequately staffed and were promptly served and it was packed in their little bar. We were patient and kind, but maybe only offer your customers what your staff can handle. I hope you can work out the issues.

Do NOT go here for a good time. We waited at the bar for over 20 minutes to order drinks and the female bartender obviously ignored us and was only waiting on the males. So needless to say, she lost our business and received terrible reviews. To the owner’s response. Thank you for the laugh! There were a total of maybe 20 people in there when we walked in, majority of them already having drinks and while we were waiting, for yes, at least 20 minutes, your oh so precious bartender did not once acknowledge us until we asked if we could order drinks. As soon as we thought it was our turn to get served, another gentleman came up to the bar who she again bypassed us for. You will gladly serve men who drop drinks and break your glasses on the dance floor instead of assisting a group of women who were out celebrating a bride-to-be, who’s only fault were some bad dance moves. EXTREMELY disappointed in our experience. We will never be coming to your bar again.

This is a great place to bring your family! Amazing food and great staff! The inside and upper patio are open for drinks and dining and the servers are doing an amazing job while being understaffed. They also have a bigger patio with fireplaces, however the staff is trying to make it easier to give better service by only serving on the upper patio. Both patios are open with the request that people on the lower patio came to the bar to get drinks and food. The staff and atmosphere made drinking here a great experience.
