New Lisbon Travel Plaza

My family and I had the misfortune of stopping at a truck stop/Godfather’s Pizza location. I went inside to use the bathroom and noticed that the men’s restroom was filthy: urine on the floor, toilets that wouldn’t flush, dried toilet paper someone had wet and thrown against the wall, and racial epithets and people’s initials written all over the walls. I spoke to the attendant at the cash register and told him how nasty it was in there. He said he’d get right on it. I walked out and proceeded to pump my gas. About ten minutes later, my son and his younger brother used the bathroom. When they returned, I asked them how the bathroom was. They told me the attendant had sprayed some air freshener in the air and left. I pulled the car forward, and my wife got out to go to the Godfather’s Pizza. I told her to wait and let me check the bathroom again. Nothing had changed except for the smell of air freshener in the air. I went back to the attendant and said, “I thought you were going to clean the bathroom.” He replied, “We’re busy right now. I can’t do it at the moment.” I responded, “We’re the only people here.” He said he could clean the bathroom after we left the store. I told my wife not to get any pizza because if the bathrooms were that dirty, only God knows what was going on in the pizza restaurant. Instead, my wife bought some granola bars and other snacks from the convenience store, thinking this was probably the safest way for us to get a bite to eat as we traveled to our destination up north. Out of curiosity, she checked the candy wrappers and chip bags and noticed that the expiration dates had passed about two weeks prior to our visit. We returned the food, snacks, sodas, and other items and proceeded to a better truck stop down the road. I called my brother, who was traveling behind us in a Tesla and planning to stop at the same location. He stopped there about 25 to 45 minutes after we did and noticed that the bathrooms were still dirty. He sent me pictures to confirm. Gross place.

It can be challenging to find someone to work the cash register. Not sure where they wonder off too. But they have great godfathers pizza

Truck drivers, don't come to this pump. The quality of the diesel here is very bad. Only water is coming out. Don't come here, my truck has broken down. I paid more than $1000 to get my truck fixed.

Constantly out of ice in the fountain drink machines. Is it really that hard to dump some ice in the top of the machines. 8/10 times people are having to wait for a long time for someone to come to the cash register. This place is in a constant decline.

A beautiful area to take a travel break. There is a very nice convenience store with clean restrooms and very friendly employees. I have stopped here many times in my travels.
