We walked in and were instantly greeted by the host and with the mom and pop signature look and feel of a quality breakfast spot. The staff was great. Our server was friendly but not overly friendly (just the way I like it). And the prices are very reasonable. My wife had the biscuits and gravy with scrambled eggs and I had the 3 cheese omelette with grits and rye toast. Would love to try a couple other items so we will 100% be back.
To say the food is good, great or incredible in my opinion is understating how fantastic and Delicious it was. The place is simple and it's really more serious serve but the food is a 7 star.
This is plainly a kitschy country local joint. I love that I know the servers and they know me. It's just that kind of homey place. The offerings are comfort food at its best. We love it here but stay away if you're only looking for glitz or fast food. This isn't the place for you. PS they honor our military and law enforcement communities with a discount. Nice!!!
Is stopped in for late breakfast, We were attracted by the crowded parking lot. We entered and were seated right away. Nothing fancy, this is a local neighborhood, breakfast and lunch diner. The staff was super friendly, menu was extensive and the food came moderately fast. We had burgers for brunch, and they were great. Fries and onion rings for hot. Nothing super exceptional But fast, hot and perfect for the moment.. Really loved the local flair.
Come with an appetite. Local, roadside diner serving a hearty breakfast/lunch of down home cooking. Small dining area with about a dozen tables overlooking an open concept kitchen. Menu offers a bounty of breakfast platters, omelettes, wraps, biscuits, Marshall bowls, pancakes/French toast and a slew of fixin’s. And if you come with your big boy appetite, there is “The Challenge.” Three pan-size cakes, three eggs and six pieces of bacon in 90-minutes and you go home with a free t-shirt or hat, you get your breakfast paid for and you get your picture on the wall. And a very full belly. Lunch is a choice of Angus burgers, subs/wraps, blue plate specials, salads and baskets. Our western omelette was two eggs nicely filled with chunks of ham and green peppers and melted cheddar. Side of crispy hash browns and two golden brown, pan-size pancakes that more than fed the two of us. Place was busy for a late morning but we were seated in a timely manner and ordered food was served shortly afterwards. Service was friendly and food definitely worth the price.
