Absolutely love this place. The women are all nice and very friendly. I haven't had a bad pedi or mani yet!

I have been going here 6 months. While the service I receive is fine. The prices fluctuate due to low business and new furniture added before holidays. Many techs left, the ones that stayed working 7 days per week 10 hours per day. When they serve wine ????, they charge for the wine. I asked for $38 gel pedicure, and pink and white manicure $50. I was charged $52 for pink and white and pedicure she up the charge $48 and looked frown at me when I only gave them each $5 tip. The man getting his pedicure was drinking whole bottle wine, they were telling me how rich he is y telling me he was single. What gives them the right to talk about their customers to others like this!

I asked for an “XO” design on my finger and was told she couldn’t do that and left with this. My cuticles hurt so bad and the detail is extremely terrible. I am 100% disappointed. I immediately called Anthony Vince in Leawood and got them fixed hours later. She got polish under my nail, my nails were lumpy to the touch. I hated the old 90’s design. Images of what design I asked for are below. The 4th image is my new nails at Anthony Vince. 200% better than before. I am so mad I paid $45 for acrylic gel fill here. Do NOT recommend.

I love this nail salon with all my heart. They are so kind and when you go in they treat you like family. I had a nail chip/ break and went in for a repair and they insisted on re doing and gave me the most beautiful manicure I have ever had. They care about giving quality work and it shows. They give an amazing pedicure too…great massage. pS they give the best eyebrow wax I have ever had. Ask for the cat eye…it’s like jewels as nails. Soooo pretty. Experience was amazing. You can tell they truly care about their customers and want them to leave feeling beautiful and pampered. Best experience I have had in KC.
