Mobil 1 Lube Express @ Kevin's Car Wash

They are in the transition, or they already sold., or join. It's what I think. I went through there today. It was a lot of the soap and enough clean water to rinse after the soap. Even so, I heard a lot of noise around the car. I know, of course I have to hear the equipment that cleaned up the car. Well, this noise was like bitter the car. So, if you go through, I advise you to low down your music, I do turn it off. Then you can hear and then can report it to them, then they will care for us ???????????????????? I LOVE this CAR WASH. Vacuum 10/10 Towels 10/10 Beatles of products to clean 10/10 Overall, ???? THANK YOU LORD FOR YOUR BUSINESS????????

If I could give this business negative stars I would. Yet another lack luster experience from Kevin's Car Washes. I reached out to them on August 11th about an oil change I got the previous day. I thought everything was fine until I about 30 minutes later I went outside and noticed a giant oil leak in my driveway as I was backing out. As you can imagine, my car was alarming, telling me my engine pressure and levels were critically low. Mind you, this oil change was $103 and change…. So I go back to Kevin’s and have them check it. You can literally track the route I took by the oil leaking EVERYWHERE. They tell me I have a “faulty oil filter” (like it was my fault to begin with), and then rechange my oil and send me through the car wash to “get all the oil off my car.” While I was in the car wash, it COMPLETELY STOPS and I end up having to drive out of it. I have sent this company a message on social media including a video, and called them 9 TIMES with zero call back or email response. On the 5th call today I was told the “lube manger said to tell you they don’t give refunds.” ???? The cowards couldn’t even call me back and and explain that to me. I have reached out to the BBB and they haven’t even responded there either. If you’re in KC, Please avoid this business at all cost. Save yourself from the wretched customer service experience I went through, and go to a respectable business instead.

Very clean. Well kept facility. They will go above and beyond for their customers. If you ever need anything or question something other places say come and ask them. They are very trustworthy people!!! Prices are right along with other quick lube shops as well, but be it's better mileage as you get better oil with Mobil 1 and their filters.

The service was quick and friendly. Maybe a few nit-picky things like "the service-person was not a great communicator" or "the oil that I wanted was on back-order," (what isn't on back-order these days) but, like I said, that is nit-picky. All-in-all, it was a great, laid back experience with friendly guys that got the job done and gave me quick and efficient service. I got to watch them work on the vehicle which gave me peace-of-mind. Would recommend.

My husband and I took his car here last month for an oil change and when we drove out the car was shaking and making terrible noises. We immediately turned around and eventually we’re told that instead of draining the oil they drained the transmission fluid. They tried to fix it by adding fluids back in but the transmission was ruined. They did pay for us to get a new transmission but communicating with them was extremely difficult. It took hours of phone calls because they don’t answer their phones, and when we went up in person the right person was never there. While they paid for the transmission, we did not receive reimbursement for having to tow the car and being without the vehicle for two weeks. They had told us once the car was done to come back for a refund and when we did the manager said “I just bought you a new transmission, you really want a refund too?” While I understand that mistakes happen (although seems hard to miss the bright red fluid being drained Vs oil) and we did get it fixed, the attitude of the manager after the hell we went through trying to get everything taken care of was unacceptable. Will only use the car dealership for future oil changes.
