Mr. Taco

Who puts a bone in their Tacos? Tortillas were not cooked properly (room temperature at best), almost as if they came straight out the bag (they crack when you fold). Very dirty, nowhere to sit for all the tables were dirty with crumbs of food. My last time visiting here, wasn't my first for sure. Lastly, my Birria Tacos looks nothing like the Birria Tacos from every where else.

You just have to go here if you like Mexican food. Get the Steak Sandwich. My co workers always talked about this place for last 10+ years and I finally went. Man, I been missing out.

The food is good but their flan is HEAVENLY!!!!! I’ve tried flan from many Mexican restaurants and markets and nowhere has come close to this place. The flan is very thick and creamy, the flavor of caramel just explodes in your mouth. MUST TRY!!!! I couldn’t resist and ate it before taking a picture

I only gave one ?? because the cashier acknowledged me upon walking in and told me to have a nice day afterwards. I asked for 2 hard shell taco supremes but was given 2 soft tortillas or whatever it was. It was not cooked enough, barely warm and there was so much liquid in the bottom of the container that the shells were tearing up. I had to use a fork in order to eat but I could only eat the filling because the shell was wet and breaking up. The beef wasn’t flavorful and way too much cilantro. I could have probably tolerated if it was seasoned more. It tasted like I had wet grass in my mouth from the cilantro and soggy lettuce. The dining area did not look as though it had been cleaned and way too much debris on the floor but the cashier did go out and started to sweep. It was my first time visiting and my last. I really wanted to love it enough to return but the only good parts were the cashier being nice and food came out quickly despite not being what I ordered and the other negative aspects.

I'm a Southern Californian on a mission to find the best tacos in Georgia and this has to be on the top on my list. It has the SoCal taco stand feel on the inside. Amazing tacos with the meat marinated just right. The spicy carrots are a hard find out here but the ones here are perfect. I highly recommend. The spicy sauces are the perfect blend of spice and flavor.
