First time and last time coming here. I called in my order and took it to go. The woman who answered the phone was rude. She didn’t even say hello. I ordered she did not mention the price but I guess that was my fault too because I should’ve known to ask when she didn’t say and they didn’t have the prices posted on the menu. She quoted a time of 30 minutes which seemed extreme to me for just one chicken burrito apparently it didn’t take 30 minutes because I got there after 20 minutes and my food was done and already a bit cold. The burrito was just ok everything expect the rice meat cheese and beans came on the side. When I say everything it’s just a bunch of lettuce, a couple of tomatoes, a couple of cucumbers, and a couple of radishes. I was not impressed to say the least. They gave me a green sauce and a red but my burrito did not come with sour cream as advertised neither of the sauces were really good to me just your basic green and red sauce. So my main issue is that’s my total was $16.91. Even with inflation I feel like that’s ridiculous for just a regular sized burrito and a few cheap vegetables. Overall I’m really disappointed because this place has four stars and Im not sure why. I would not recommend there are lots of other options around here and again I only tried this because of the rating but the rating is false.

Food was so darn good BUT no fountain drinks so beverages by can/glass SUPER expensive. Btw no adult beverages in this establishment. The decor was lacking as well with the owner in arms reach waiting your every move but NEVER greeted us. Not sure if we'll come back, did I mention extra basket of chips $1.59- smh

The chips came out cold with salsa. The chicken in chimichanga had some kinda smell like it was taken outta hot plastic container and grilled chicken was dry, hard to slice with disposable knife. The quantity was good though. It was the only option nearby so we went but wouldn’t ever go again.

Plastic utensils were unexpected, I'm guessing it's to save on kitchen help. The team in the kitchen is lively and hard working. The pastor was a bit sweet for my taste but overall it wasn't bad. I will return to try more dishes, just going to do take-out or bring my own fork next time.

The only good thing is the food. Unfortunately, the cashier is rude, not at all that she represents her country DR. Customer service is horrible, terrible. All disorganized. The cashier fights with everyone. Between how unprofessional and how arrogant she is. To top it off, plastic covers, that is... In a restaurant that is not cheap... seriously to eat with plastic cutlery!! And let's not even talk about the apparent owner who ignores the situations as if he wasn't. First and I think the last time I go... well, I'm not going to pay to be treated badly. I give 2 stars exclusively for the food. Learn to work with love and discipline to the client.
