Got my nose pierced there. Guy was awesome. Checked I liked the placing multiple times and adjusted to my feedback. Made sure I was comfortable. Was fast and he let me know what he was doing as he was about to do it. Game me succinct aftercare instructions and was overall a great experience. I usually hate needles and he made me super comfortable when I was already nervous and out of my normal comfort zone. Am absolutely going to go back for more piercings. They gave me the courage to do some of the things I have been scared to do bc they were so awesome. Thank you and see yall soon!!

Rebecca did an amazing job piercing my ears! she was very patient and made sure I liked the placement before starting. super friendly with a great attitude!

Went in there and got 2 sets of ears pierced was very pleased with not only the work, but the discussion and the want of understanding before we even began sitting in the chair. My daughter who is around 10 years old got her years pierced and the piercer did a great job talking to her and keeping her calm after mine was done.

With the staff, everyone is so incredibly nice and welcoming. Even though I didn't get a tattoo that day because I didn't have money on me at the time. I personally prefer to get to know the artist before getting tatted. But Ray was more than willing to tell me what artstyles he can and can't do, as well as provide a business card if I ever do decide to get tatted by him. I'm definitely going to go to Monster Ink as soon as I get the money!

Very clean. Everyone is very nice!There's a lot of apprentices there but there's no one to oversee what they're doing. We've also gone there to see Jake for a couple piercings.
