Mizumi Hibachi & Sushi Express

First time coming here, I ordered the kamikaze roll and fried rice on the side because I wasn’t sure on the portions but the roll was honestly enough for me. The roll was really good and the portions/price was fair. The only thing I’d recommend is if they could add seating outside for people to eat it would make it that much better!

Amazing! My husband and I get their sushi and appetizers almost every Saturday, and we have tried almost everything on their menu and have not been disappointed once. It is all very good, quite reasonably priced, the portions are good, and the staff are so kind, friendly, and quick and understanding to fix any rare mistakes. Perhaps they won’t totally blow your socks off, but I’m still impressed with how consistently good everything has been. If you need a recommendation, I would try their Captain America Roll and their gyozas.

A warm greeting from the man in the food truck when you first walk up. A clear, concise menu with very reasonable prices. Everything was packed very well and the portions are large. The noodles were good, the steak was good, and the veggies were well cooked but the star was the sushi. ABSOLUTELY amazing sushi! We had the California roll, the King Rocker, and the Hawaiian. They were phenomenal. We've been to many hibachi grills with a ticket price 3x what they're charging here and I would pick the sushi here. Great job!!

Some of the best sushi you can get from a trailer. Its roll is either traditionally done or deep-fried, and boy, both are really good. Constant changing of rolls and have a wide variety of rolls that would cater to so many pallets. Hibachi is freaking on point, and you won't be disappointed. Meal sizes are huge, and so is the sushi. The price is average for sushi, but again, the quality is above and beyond. So if your in town, nearby or searching for a sushi spot that'll satisfy your craving and more create a new addiction, then come check out Mizumi
