Mill Creek Park

Nice little park. It needs more trees and some wildflowers. It is a newer park so hopefully that will be coming in the future.

The park's location is great, as is the large open land area to walk & enjoy! It has a port a potty which isn't ideal because of no hand wash station but better than no potty at all. It never appears to be crowded. So I opted to take my grandchildren there instead of the near by couslers park. My grandchildren couldn't wait to use the large tube slides! unfortunately both my grandchildren experienced brusburns & bruising on their elbows & knees from going down the tube slides! My grandson's knee hit so hard that he limped off the slide & cried. It is still swollen 6 hours later :/ I thought maybe they didn't sit correctly so I watched as my granddaughter tried a 2nd time. Unfortunately her elbow still hit the side as she slid down. So though the sign at the park says for ages 5 to 12, I decided to see for myself. I made sure I went down the way I was suppose to & I too came out with a skinned up elbow :/ I don't know if it's due to the design or if it's because you go down so fast.. no matter the reason, I definitely wouldn't allow my grandchildren to use the tube slides again.

Great play area with a walking path for adults. Let the kids to play, and take a walk on the paved path. Playground is in site at all time from walking path. Benches all over path, and playground.

Wow this park is amazing! My daughter didn’t want to leave. I’ve never seen it crowded with people and it is very spacious in the country.

I really like this place. Not too big and has everything children like.
