Everyone is friendly and helpful. Megan has been doing my nails for over a year - she’s a nail art master! She’ll recreate any photo and the price is very reasonable for the work!

I believe her name was Connie who did my nails and to the woman who did my pedicure, both made me feel very welcomed as well as the woman in the front desk. I had the greatest experience today as a walk in. I was lucky enough to see the salon empty since it was after the holiday weekday. Great service and mannerisms they definitely catered to me and I’m so happy to call this place my salon from now on. Thank you, ladies! The photo really doesn’t do my set justice. My set and pedi turned out great. No imperfections.

Very unsatisfied with my visit. The lady trimmed my cuticle too short and it ended up getting infected. I ended up having to go to urgent care to get it checked out. Also she wasn’t wearing any gloves so that was a red flag from the start. I was able to get my money back, but this is the first time something like this has ever happened to me.

Pedicure was satisfactory. However, I'm extremely disappointed with result of gel manicure. Inexperience of nail tech was evident — she had minimal skill at trimming cuticles and very poor technique of applying polish. She used erratic short strokes instead of steady long stroke. Result was what fellow reviewer Vanessa Chavez experienced 2 months ago — lumpy application. (Perhaps we got the same manicurist?) Poor cuticle trimming and poor polishing ability meant that my nails looked messy, with uneven polish and cuticle edges looking ungroomed. My nails looked as if they had been painted by a school girl playing “ Nail Salon” at home. Not a professional look at all. ???? Worse yet, in just 4 days, the $45 GEL “deluxe” manicure polish chipped on 3 nails. (See pics of my right and left hands). I've had nails done in many cities and countries. This experience was by far the worst. Heated neck pillow smelled of sweat. Manicurist offered water, but she never brought it over. Manager on duty said she will make sure I don't get the same manicurist next time. Sorry to say, there won't be a next time.

They have ruined my nails a few times, (gave them several chances for a good review). The holiday season, my finished nails were butchered, they filed my nails too short, each occassion, ( hours before one of the parties I attended).Regardless what you request, my experience had been, they do what they feel is best for you, and they are overpriced...Terrible nail salon, in a fancy looking shop, in a premium location, (don't be deceived). Thank goodness I've found a new salon, with the best Nail Teacher and Technician in Houston, (a few miles away).
