King Nails Royal Oaks

I visited this salon for my birthday three days ago. First time going there. I was well greeted up on entry and taken to a chair. I had what I was told two of the best nail techs. I showed a picture of the nails I wanted. We pinked the color that would work best and my nails began. I had red nail polish on my nails and it wasn't cleaned off properly, my cuticles weren't clipped and pushed back as she proceeded to put acrylic on my not properly cleaned nails. Then for my feet there was no real scrubbing. My feet did not feel nice and soft and the tech encouraged me to put acrylic on my toes when I preferred to have them natural. There was no talk of how much extra and I made the mistake of not asking. At the end i paid $240. This is really just an overpriced "high end" nail salon, but nothing special about the service....okay so 1 month post visit....two of the nails (both pinky toes) came off taking my nail with them. 1 week after the service the right pinky toe nail came off after bumping my foot in my work shoes and 1 month later, today, the left toe nail started peeling off while in bed. I ended up slowing removing it because it hurt. Yea it's safe to say I'm NOT going back to this salon.

I love love loveeee my nails the girl Sophia did an awesome job overall all the experience was perfect! The environment is good its not over croweded i went at a perfect time because i thought it was going to be pack because it usually happens but it was perfct timing. I'll definitely come back for their services

Very disappointed in my experience here. I asked for the same color on my nails as my feet(purple), I was distracted talking with my friend and then realized she started doing hot pink. It had already taken a while, so I didn’t say anything because I didn’t want to soak again and start over. 3 nails cracked within 4 days of my manicure. I called to come back, came in and they said “since you didn’t write down your number, pick something close”, well I had written down my original number… I asked the guy, and he wouldn’t assist. I waited for 50 minutes to get my nails fixed, while waiting I witnessed the guy and nail tech be rude to an older lady who thought she picked out dip but it was shellac. It was a simple fix to assist her in finding a similar dip color but instead he made a scene, embarrassed her, saying it was her fault and sent the tech on to someone else while she figured out what she “really wanted”. I was absolutely appalled. I was then taken to get my nails fixed, and she said “I can only fix this one, the others are your fault it’s just how your mail is” instead of soaking my nails, she proceeded to use an acrylic to pop off the other nail because soak off costs more?!? The color ended up being totally off and when they looked at it they said “close enough” Highly disappointed. I gave them a second chance after my first experience thinking it was a one off. Guess not, waste of my money. When I spend $120 on a mani and pedi I expect quality and customer service.

Holly is wonderful she has for years. I’ve known her forever. She moved to this location about a month ago or so and I’ve been coming here ever since. The service is good and it’s such a nice atmosphere. Since you walk in till you’re out. They all make you feel welcome. I completely recommend this location, of course with holly ???? I recommend this location!

From entry to service, I am highly impressed with the atmosphere and quality of customer service. Jessica was my technician and she did amazing. I will be back.
