Mi Casa Mexican Restaurant

We used to come here all the time. It was our weekly restaurant until COVID and the food quality went down. We decided to try it again last night and it was WORST than during COVID. To start, we had family in town from Texas so we decided to pick up the meal and bring it home to eat so the kids could play. When we got it home, we were missing an entire entree, our veggie quesadilla didn’t have cheese on it, we had a random chicken dish we didn’t order but he charged us for, and the large cheese dip tasted like it was made from a powder (kind of like powdered mash potatoes) and had the worst texture. Our 5 kids took 1 bite and wouldn’t eat it. I called the manager/owner, Rico, and he was extremely rude but agreed to remake the 1 dish and make the steak quesadilla dish. When we got there, I told him we needed a refund for the messed up dishes since we had to come all the way back to the restaurant and for the dish he charged us for but we didn’t order. He was extremely rude and tried to just give us $20 cash… well the dish he charged us for was $13 by itself. He told me I didn’t know what I ordered. We showed pictures, he didn’t care. He did eventually give me $33 back which was almost the price of those 3 meals but told me the cheese dip was good and he wasn’t fixing that. Needless to say, he has lost our business. We will be happily going to Happy Taco down the road from now on.

I went in on NYE and they were the only Mexican joint that was open. I was very pleased with the food and service. The owner / manager jumped in to help serve us and everyone had a great attitude. I definitely recommend ????

I placed my order and in 3 minutes was out the door!! Adler is the most professional the fastest and most polite server I've ever met. Adler is the GOAT of service!!! If you're reading a 1 star review from a dude claiming they have roaches lol. Ignore it. Someone is trying to get free food. Looking at every review this person left at other places every one was 1 starred. Don't believe everything you read some people are awful.

Been going to Mi Casa for years. They have an extensive menu and everything I've tried has been good. The staff here is always really nice. Service is quick. I love their chicken soup and their fajita nachos!

My husband and I are regulars here, we even joked about getting engagement pictures done as we eat here most Friday nights. Food is great, prices are reasonable, and we have pretty much always had great service. Would and do definitely recommend!
