Mary King Nails

If I could rate this place a zero. I would. The lady knicked me real bad and I think their tools were unsanitary and the cut is getting infected where she cut me. They switched her out with another guy named Andy who was actually very nice and gentle, he told me I was good to go. Somehow one of my nails ended up getting smooshed, I went back and told them it was my fault and if they could fix it real quick I was even thinking of paying them for the trouble, but the lady was REAL rude who did my nails. All she did was file them down real quick but she acted like it was a huge inconvenience and made snarky remarks. I’ve worked in retail and I would never act that way toward a customer. Never going back

AWFUL SERVICE!!!. I go there periodically, and have even recommended them to others who were looking for somewhere convenient, however, I WILL NOT return. I took my 17 year old daughter on a Saturday evening to get her nails done to treat herself. While waiting, I decided to get a pedicure and manicure. When our nails were drying under the light, my daughter mistakenly touched my forefinger. I politely explained to one of the young ladies what happened. She mumbled something and went and got the polish, touched my nail and quickly polished it over it without putting any clear polish on it or even looking at it. I then moved over to make sure my daughter wouldn't touch my nails again. Needless to say. My right forefinger slightly was touched while I was putting my nails under the light to dry and it messed it up. I politely asked the youngest worker, who always acts as if she does not understand any English, to correct it. She nodded her head, proceeded to act as if she was looking for the nail polish and then ignored me and started on someone else. I was too embarrassed to ask the first one since she relunctanytly did it before, so I asked my daughter to ask her while she was washing the equipment in the back. The young lady came with a frown on her face and asked me angrily, "What"? I politely explained what happened and before I was finished, she walked over to the nail polish stand and kept walking towards the back and never returned! Meanwhile, the only male who was working there, noticed what happened and kept looking back at her to see if she was going to return. He saw I was waiting, so he got up and left his customer and came over to correct the problem and I told him, "Thank you". All of this occurred after I'd already paid and left a tip with another nail tech, who had started working on someone else when my nails were drying. The same lady who didn't want to correct my nails, took my daughter's payment, although she wasn't the nail tech who had done her nails. My 17 year old got a full set manicure and pedicure and paid it out of her money, which she wanted to spend and treat herself from her summer job. I guess this angered the lady, but I left a tip. This young lady was rude and obviously doesn't understand what customer service is!

First time coming and will not be the last... Even though I was the last customer I did not feel rushed and I am so relaxed... Got a Pedi and a brow wax! 10 outta 10

I love the nail tech ANDY HE IS SO GOOD.. I don’t let anyone else do my pedicure but, him he’s always so nice!

I got a regular polish pedi. I was seated immediately in a chair but they were busy so it took a while for before they got to me, which was totally fine considering. When they got to me, it was timely, efficient and they treated my feet great. Ill be back.
