Cute-icles Nail Salon

Had no problem getting in after scheduling an appointment through their link on Instagram. I had a groupon and called ahead, and that’s how they told me to schedule it (same day too). Showed up at my scheduled time and got helped immediately by Kiara. She did an amazing job! Paid close attention to my nails and really helped with fixing my cuticles (perfect name for the place!). I got a gel manicure and I love it. They also have a very good selection of colors and brands to choose from also. I will be back!

This was my first time visiting and Kiara did an AMAZING job on my nails. She listened to exactly what I wanted and made it happen. I was looking for a new salon as the world is changing due to COVID-19 and I can honestly say I felt completely comfortable and safe. I was able to book and appointment online and she was ready for me at that time, no wait. She did my nails in an open air office inside the salon which provided definite social distancing not to mention she sanitized everything before and after use. I definitely recommend!

Purchased the gel manicure and classic pedicure for $35 on Groupon. Very satisfied with the service. Kierra made my nails look beautiful. I’m very picky when it comes to my nails but she had no problem and fixed anything that I wasn’t satisfied with. I highly recommend asking for her. She has a wonderful attitude with customers and is a perfectionist! Thanks Kierra.

I went through Groupon and made a pedicure purchase. Needless to say the lady that service me didn't want to work, my feet was soaking so long that the water went cold. There was a lady that walk in got service immediately with a basic pedicure. Eventually, she started on my feet it was exactly ten minutes no massage just rub the lotion on and painted my toes. I did tip her but she did not deserve not one dime. Meanwhile the lady that got her pedicure started before me was still getting work on and had a complimentary glass of wine. 1wk came I notice this lady painted on top of my cuticle. ???? I tried to support a local business.

Deserves 0 stars. I had same situation as other reviewer after purchasing a groupon. Called the place a few times, followed their instructions to book. Showed for my appointment and called prior. I was told my booking came through and told "as you can see were booked" and she was little rude and unapologetic. Going to BBB! Please don't go unless you want to be treated ugly.
