Mangu Cafe Restaurant

If you love Dominican food this is the place to go! Hands down mangu restaurant deserves its name since the chef is a master at preparing mashed boiled plantains (mangu). And my favorite was the lime juice omg it was so refreshing ????.. all the juices are natural organic so come on by and try the whole menu you will love it.. I met the owner as well very down to earth chill person. ????

We came here for breakfast, it was amazing! We had Mangu, Sopa de Pollo, and Dominican cake, it was absolutely delicious. We would definitely recommend!

Phenomenal food, clean place, great atmosphere. My issue is with the guy that’s taking orders, he has pretty ok service but first time I was there he tried to keep my change. I believe in tipping but $15 tip on a 34$ order is wild, I had to remind him about my change. At first I thought I could’ve been an accident but the same happened to my friend when he went 2 days later. Again phenomenal food tho just pay attention

I ordered from this restaurant from Uber eats. I was very pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food the taste in the presentation. The chicken soup is the BEST chicken soup I have ever had. I also ordered the Mofongo and the platter with sausages beef and chicken and lots of plantains and cheese. The serving size was wonderful for two people I will have enough food for the next day. And I will definitely go in person to have a meal. Thank you!! If you want the Chicken soup in the restaurant, since it is prepared a la minute be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes if you don’t go on Mondays.
