Mallard Park

Great place for the family to exercise or unwind together. There is a nice playground, access to restrooms, a basketball court, and discus golf. Lots of green grass for kids and pets to run out their energy. Nice picnic benches at the playground, and at least one sheltered pavilion with table. I haven’t found another playground yet that can offer the beautiful views either.

Love the views of the lake and my kids love the park! There are benches attached to tables and walking paths too.

Very family oriented grounds with a couple tables and seating areas. Besides the kids swings and playground there is 16 net DiskGolf available for all to play! Kudos to Caldwell's Park/Recreation

Super cute park with a walking path. Close to the lake but not on it, so no waterfront views. Playground for the kids and several covered picnic tables for eating. Super.clean and well maintained with good parking. Disc golf course too. Only downside, not much shade, so be sure to bring sunscreen. Update - this place gets windy!! Be sure to bring a hat, scarf and gloves to walk here in the winter. Place was deserted on a Saturday morning in early December, my guess is the weather is a bit of a deterrent.

Lots of room for the kids to run and has a nice Frisbee park. Great view of the countryside and capabilities to host gatherings. Worth the drive and a breathe of fresh air.
