Luxury Nail Spa

This is where I go to get my nails done during the school year. I am very satisfied with my experience each time I go in whether it is for manicures or pedicures. I can’t wait to take my mom here when she visits me this semester. I was especially impressed with how my Valentines nails came out this year! The picture on the top is my nails and the picture on the bottom is the online photo I showed the nail tech. She did such an awesome job matching them!

Absolutely LOVED the service and time dedicated by the employees here. I wish I took pictures of the inside - it was stunning. Chocolate brown chairs, marble floor, cute designs the whole thing. The man who did my nails was super patient and took his time perfecting the shape. I went with my friend for her birthday and the woman that did her nails was super social and the hearts looked amazing - just like the picture she referenced. I enjoyed my time there and will definitely be back. It was my first time visiting! UPDATE: Came back after a whole year to do nails with my friends because I never got to before graduation!! They are still as amazing as I remember. When they found out it was my friends birthday they even put little flowers on her nails for us ???? it was SO sweet top tier customer service ???? I will miss coming here!

christmas nails. they did an awesome job. i got a fill in and pedicure. no pain and im very sensitive. the pedicure- im tellin u i almost fell asleep. pedi felt so good. i finally found a good nail shop at home as im use to driving to indi or chicago for nails. second time going, and it was packed. thats how u know its real. it was worth the wait for sure. this was my first time letting the drill get close to my cuticles and no pain of course. they offer beverages and everything. yall need to wake up and get in there for that christmas and new years look. third time around, got a manicure to give my nails a break and then i will be back for those french tips. i received the custom nail art again and also was given silky buttor lotion. like, okeef where, bath and body work who! yall better get yall lotion this winter.

1) Pedicure was rushed, no topcoat or french finish like I requested (2 times I clarified this but the nail tech was sleepy…this is understandable but off putting). 2) I requested a manicure that I didn’t get. There was no cuticle removal or general nail care. In fact, my cuticles were glued down after the nail tech couldn’t remove them with the drill… 3) Not sure how much training the nail tech has but it isn’t sufficient…looks like I’m due for a fill and I got these done 12 hours ago. Overall, my nails look cute from A DISTANCE…

I made an appointment for a full set and was helped when I arrived. However, she drilled my natural nails to oblivion. She used a very rough drill bit when they should use a finer sanding bit for natural nails. She glued the tips on and got glue all over my fingers. Another client walked in, and she left me to sit there and started working on that person. Someone else came over to finish the tips 10 min later, and a 3rd person finished the service. I got a cut from rough drilling and filing. My nails were so sore after until the next day. I know my natural nails are thin and brittle now. 2 stars because my nails do look good. No discount for the cuts and they have a random 25% off sign in the window—not true. $45 for a full set, so not a bad price but my nails are so damaged now.
