Stay clear worst service ever. I made an appointment for 10:30am 8/23. Walk in came in before me, they attempted to help the other one first before me regardless of having an appointment. I was in the pedicure chair for 20 minutes before anyone came over. I was with Kim. The pedicure was okay nothing special. My appointment was for a mani/pedi. They had no idea what I was getting done and annoyed when I needed a mani too. They rushed through the gel mani and my nails are already messed up less then 2 days ago. I went to this location because of how close it is to me but I would go anywhere else. They overbook themselves and have no time management skills. Price over the phone was 30 for gel mani/ 35 for gel pedicure and they bumped it up $10 stating they gave me the price for regular polish when they gave me gel prices. She was shocked I questioned her regarding it. These were my nails for vacation and already left otherwise I would go back and have it fixed. Very disappointed and would not return.

Me and my boyfriend were getting pedis, the water was too hot to put my feet in so I was waiting and she processed to kick my feet and said put you feet in the water … they cut my boyfriend toes.. they talked very loud and laughed the whole time we were getting service just rude do that on your own time !!! would never go back there!!!

Been going to this salon for about a yr. I have had several different ladies, each one does excellent work. I have arthritis in both my hands and wrists, they are gentle and understanding. Highly recommend Luxe Nails!

I followed Kim here from her prior salon and definitely like the atmosphere better at Luxe. Large selection, spacious, and great parking with WalMart right next door. I'm learning Vietnamese and have so much fun being silly with everyone when I come here to get my nails done. Kim is my favorite nail tech of anyone I've ever been to.

Beautiful job and amazing staff. I brought my mom here after years of not having a pedicure... she was concerned and also very embarrassed, but the staff made her feel very comfortable. I want to thank Tim especially for doing such a great job on her feet but also her self esteem! Also, thank you Kim as for doing such a good job on my pedi as well!! My mom is finally excited to come and get her nails done and will be scheduling an appointment for next month! Can’t thank you guys enough
