This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had in a long time. We were standing in line for over an hour, and the line barely moved. On top of that, I couldn’t even get my money back. It’s Saturday morning—clearly a busy time—and the business should have been better prepared. What’s especially disappointing is that phone orders were given priority over customers who were physically standing in line. Even when the line was already long and established, phone orders kept cutting ahead, leaving us waiting for hours. Basically, anyone can call in an order at any time and skip the line entirely, while people who took the time to come in person are left standing and waiting. I wish I had known this beforehand so I could have ordered by phone, but I genuinely felt bad for everyone else in line who wasn’t aware of this policy. This system is unfair and poorly managed, and it made for an incredibly frustrating experience.
Good customer service. Took a bit to process my pig but it’s understandable since I know there was a lot of customers.
Good. Just the bad smell that If you go there you need something to cover your nose otherwise you may end up throwing up
Rude Customer service. I knew you were closing in 30mins and I wasn't looking to buy that evening just to look and see what you had. Lady behind the glass window first said no you can't see the pigs we are closing. I stated i just wanted to see what you have so i can come back Sunday. Then she said go ask one of the men to show you then. I just walkes out and left. Never coming back and I will definitely let all my people know about this experience.
Nice place, the price was lil bit higher than usual and have to be patient sometimes
