Lil Gus's

We ate here while we waited for our Grand Cavern tour. The chili and hamburger were really good. The service was great considering she was the only server in the entire restaurant. The atmosphere was average. It was definitely chilly inside with little heat. Overall it was nice restaurant.

Great food, generally nice people. But my dad and I both have had bad experiences there. My dad and his wife got slipped something in their drink when they were there a year ago. I was there yesterday with some friendly people that had dogs. One guy got mad about pictures not sure why because we have taken pictures before with each other's dogs. I'm guessing he was intoxicated, he got really threatening and told me to leave the bar. He was just a patron. I ended up having to call the cops on the gentleman. They came out and questioned him. I'll never be returning to the establishment again. If I see the gentleman again I'll file a restraining order against him. He is in the picture, circled.

Gyro and fries, small town bar. Friendly service. Good Food and entertainment. And their (Pie???) double chocolate cheese cake.

It's the best local spot in town. Good drinks, amazing food, and awesome staff! Cannot wait for the outside construction to be finished that will make this place epic! Anyone who had an issue with the servers' attention or wait times should revisit. Last night on the new patio, the place was standing room only, and they actually killed it. Controlled chaos could describe the scene, but everyone from the servers to the bar tenders and the kitchen staff handled it amazingly.

They have a great small town bar and grille atmosphere. I love their unique menu items such as the Grottoes Dog and Fiesta Fire! I have never had a hot dog with bacon or jalapeño but boy, were they delicious. The owner is extremely friendly and made a point to thank each table individually as he was leaving. My only regret is not living closer. I've only eaten here once but will make a point to return anytime I'm around Grottoes.
