Great park nice big dog park area picnic tables area baseball fields can fish and nice walking path.

Playground, 2 tennis courts, 5+ picnic pavilions, decent sized stage, pond to fish in, river is right along all this with very nice clear wide walkways. Nice long walking path around the whole place. Golfing area Basketball area Bathrooms available. Great for parties, events etc

Nice people Nice place to take dogs... Nice place to take kids... 15 min from Harrisonburg I come here instead of the inner city parks

Nice park however it needs to be monitored during events. My family is there right now and cars have parked in inappropriate areas trapping them in! I told them to call the cops or make a scene until the idiots come back and move.

Walking along the trail with my daughter, I am reminded of the simple pleasures in life. Her excitement at spotting turtles fills my heart with happiness and gratitude.
