Liberty Used & New Tires

I was very happy after getting a rim and tire from them they were very friendly but I was put in a dangerous situation with my 3 year old in the car. My tire was put on wrong and end up breaking all 5 my studs causing my tire to come completely off and now having to spend more money on repairs.. I should have left my spare on until I had the money for a new rim and tire and gone to a more professional place.. I guess this is example that you get what you pay for

This place sold me four illegal and dangerous tires. One was plugged on the inside which is illegal. One had a mail in it. This one blew out and when I went back and told them what they did. They refused to give me my money back. I was wondering why the tires were popping and had nails in them. They intentionally do that to keep you coming back. Ohio law says you can’t sell a tire 6 years or older. These tires were from 2014. All of this was discovered when RNR ran a diagnostics on my tires. This place should Be shamed. All I wanted was my money back. My daughter and I could have been hurt badly. Thank God we weren’t . Just stuck on 75 changing a shredded tire. I wonder how many people have wrecked and hurt themselves from being sold bad illegal tires.

I highly recommend this tire company. He has decent prices, his service is professional and he gets his customers in and out. I recently was in need of spare tire for my car and out of everyone in the area, he seemed to have just what I needed. Thanks man, I really appreciate your honesty, professionalism and great service. I give this tire company an A++.

When they say 5 minutes it means one hour Too much wait time also I took my car for a simple tire patching and they did not even do that properly now I am in tire discounter fixing the same the

I got a flat tire at work, 1.2 miles away from here. I had no spare, my fault, and fix a flat is a joke. I had to drive on the flat. Tire was shredded before I made it. I called back to see where to park and explain I was traveling extremely slow. The fella on the phone was awesome. Stopped what he was doing and just kept talking to me and acted as if we were old friends. It was not needed or required but that shows character. He will be seeing me anytime I need tires.
