WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Went for a plug-in. Usually when they do a plug-in, they’re supposed to check for any other leaks, right? So they plugged it in — mind you, the reason I got a plug-in was because the pressure was going down quickly. An hour later, it was still losing air just as fast. I came back, and another guy told me I might have scratched my tire — which doesn’t even make sense. He kept cutting me off while I was trying to explain. Lack of professionalism. Mind you, I tipped and paid for the plug-in that didn’t even last an hour. Then I had to pay another $53 with no discounts. And the guy had the nerve to get smart with me, talking about respect. Like, get out of my face! This was straight BS because they wouldn’t like it if someone took advantage of them like that. Karma is a B — that’s all I’ve got to say. Don’t come here!

I do not recommend this place at all I went and tried to get 2 tires I asked how much and they did not say anything but looked at the size and went in the back they didn’t greet me or anything and I waited for almost 10 minutes and they still didn’t come out so I left. Their customer service sucks!!! I wouldn’t even give them one star but I had to in order to write a review.

I DEFINITELY recommend Budget Tire CO! Customer service is outstanding, competitive prices, TRUSTWORTHY, swift service all packaged in one! I pulled up, they started on my vehicle less than 5 minutes ????. No wait time, fixed my tire issues AND advised me of other options/services. They explained what they were doing and WHY. I was extremely comfortable with their services and prices. THANK YOU BUDGET TIRE CO! 5.0 at its BEST. Females do not have to be concerned about being overcharged either!
