One of the best handmade tortillas in LA. Women run this place so it’s so cozy and welcoming. Chili Varde was excellent and their salsa is spicy and flavorful. Don’t forget to get Horchata and Jamaica. Plenty of parking and cash only. #eatlocal

Authentic moms and pops Mexican food. I ordered menudo. It was ok. Coffee was ok flavor. Huevos ala mexican with homemade tortillas was amazing. Before ordering make sure you ask waitress for suggestions not every dish is recommended. Great prices.

CASH ONLY. Best place for authentic Mexican food. The tortillas are handmade and large. Great staff, they come take your order once you sit down, or you can go to the register for to go orders. They bring out the food in a timely manner. I would highly recommend the Carne de molcajete, so delicious! A reminder they don't except card or they dont have an ATM. In case you do forget cash, they have an ATM across the street in the liquor store.

Have been coming to Lenchita’s as a kid since back when my grandparents used to live on Brand Blvd. This place is cash only. The food tastes homemade. Fresh, handmade tortillas, sopes that are not only delicious but compliment their menu items perfectly. Toppings on my asada sopes were fresh and simple but still elegant despite its location in a hardworking area of the SFV. Order at least once cheese quesadilla to get a true sample of their expertise with corn masa. Will continue to come here as long as I am able to. Thank you Lechita’s

Been in business for 46 years and you can clearly see why with how delicious the food is from here, anything from soups to plates to sopes has been wonderful. The handmade tortillas combined with how home-y the food is here always keeps me coming back for more The wait to sit and take out can get hectic during the lunch hour so be understanding, and the staff is really friendly and treats you like you are coming into their home. Would recommend all the soups and currently making my way through the selection of all the plates.
