Although the inside may not be so big or glamorous, the food is definitely good quality. Unlike other small Latino restaurant businesses, the food is given a very good seasoning and portion. On top of that, the portions are quite large and not so expensive. The pupusas are definitely the highlight but there are other Salvadorian and latino options. Pupusas 5/5- Very delicious pupusas packed with good flavor. I have not had such good pupusas in in such a long time. I definitely recommend getting one with chicharron, which would be the mixto or revuelto. The chicken one had a good and strong flavor as well. I really like the ones with bean and cheese filling included because they leave a crunchy exterior whenever the filling slips through small sections of the pupusa dough. It is only $2.25 for 1 pupusa, so you can get plenty of delicious pupusas for a low cost. It is a no brainer to get. Quesadilla de carne asada 4/5 - pretty good sized plate. The carne asada was Well seasoned And there was plenty of cheese that was flavorful as well. The beans did not look appetizing but had the right amount of salt. The rice had slight flavor but was fine when mixed with the beans. The salad was bland though. Horchata 4/5 - I really enjoyed it because it was not super sweet like other restaurants make it.
A/c is not working properly is 95f outside and inside is at least 110f is to hot to seat and enjoy your food please turn on the a/c in this restaurant don’t be cheap and make your clients happy
Today I ordered 6 pupusas and was only given cole slaw (curtido )and tomato sauce for only 2. I asked lady for more and she charged me extra. I don’t think that’s right. I always purchase my pupusas at Windy Hill Karina’s Bakery which is farther. From now on I prefer to drive and get better service.
Best Pupuseria in Gwinnett. I used to work by here and stop by often. Unfortunately I moved away and changed work places. Very rarely do I get a chance to cover to this side of town. But any time I do I'm sure to stop here. Staff is always pleasant and mi hablo pequeno Espanol. But they are always patient with me as I fumble through my orders. Food is great and fresh. It's so small if you blink driving down Jimmy Carter you'll miss it. It's connected to the same building as a Bruster's so next time you're driving by stop by and get some great food!!!!
The best place in the area for pupusas! Quick, cheap and tasty. Only bummer is that they're closed on Sundays. Bathrooms are decent for the condition of the restaurant. Will come back more often!
